Why Beyond Borders?

I have experienced transformation throughout my life and career.

Working across Europe and Asia taught me that change doesn’t only reshape industries and organizations. It changes people — including ourselves.

Today, I believe we are entering another fundamental transformation. Technology, geopolitics and a changing global economy are challenging many of the assumptions that shaped our careers.

Having spent much of my professional life in Eastern Europe, I see these changes from a particular perspective.

For leaders, this raises a simple question: How do we lead when the world around us is changing so fundamentally?

I don’t have all the answers. But I want to explore what is happening — and what it means for leadership, industry and people.
